Please read these terms carefully before using Jobssignal. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Jobssignal website and platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement. You further represent that you are a Filipino resident or have legal permission to work in the Philippines. Jobssignal reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or Jobssignal staff
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Engage in any form of plagiarism or academic dishonesty

4. Task Completion and Payment

Task Assignments

  • Jobssignal connects you with opportunities from retail partners; we do not directly assign tasks.
  • Task availability, complexity, and compensation are determined by our partners.
  • You have the right to accept or decline task offers.
  • Acceptance of a task constitutes a binding agreement to complete it according to partner specifications.

Payment Terms

  • Compensation rates are clearly stated before you accept a task.
  • Payment is processed daily for verified, completed work.
  • We reserve the right to withhold payment for work that fails quality checks or violates terms.
  • All payments are made in Philippine Peso (₱) via your preferred method (Revolut, PayPal, or bank transfer).
  • Processing times may vary; typical payouts occur within 24–48 hours of task completion verification.

5. Quality Standards

All work submitted must meet the quality standards set by our retail partners. Work failing to meet these standards may be rejected without payment. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials on the Jobssignal platform are the intellectual property of Jobssignal or our retail partners. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission. Work you complete as part of tasks becomes the property of the assigned retail partner.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobssignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the past 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Jobssignal provides its services on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jobssignal, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your use of the platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Account Termination

Jobssignal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Submit work that fails quality standards repeatedly
  • Violate applicable laws
  • Provide false information

Upon termination, you forfeit access to outstanding earnings (subject to legal requirements) and must cease all use of our platform.

11. Modification of Terms

Jobssignal reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Makati City, Metro Manila.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jobssignal regarding your use of our platform and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
